Target	The creature that last damaged you

Make an attack against the last creature that has dealt hp damage to you. You deal bonus damage equal to the damage you took (after resistances, DR, etc).

Effectively you add the last instance of damage you received to the damage roll of the attack. So if a creature fire blasted you for 23, it deals 23 damage. If you are fire blasted for 23, then fire blasted again for 12, it deals 12. If a creature attacks you twice, critting and then grazing for 20 and 5 damage, it deals 5 damage.
