You borrow some fairy dust from the fey wilds and toss it at your enemy, with a variety of effects.

Choose One: Sparkles - Coat creatures in brilliant sparkly particles. Attacks made against a creature covered in sparkles have seeking. Sparkly creatures have a -10 stealth penalty. Flashy - The dust sparkles so brightly that it blinds creatures for 1 minute (reflex reduces to blurred vision). At the end of a creature's turn, they can make an additional save to reduce the condition. Blind>blurred vision>normal. Rainbow [pattern] [mind-affecting] - Targets are fascinated for 1 minute (will negates).
