This spell can only be cast when concentrating on a spell.

Release your mind from the strain of concentration, channeling this raw mental energy at a target within range. Make an attack that deals 3d10+CL (16+CL) psychic damage. This spell immediately ends the spell you were concentrating on, immediately restoring the ended spells mana cost.

If you are concentrating on multiple spells at once, you can end both spells to restore more mana.
