You cause a rapidly ticking down unstable looking clock to appear above a creatures head. At the end of that creature's turn, it explodes, dealing 2d8+CL (9+CL) force damage to all enemies within 10 ft (reflex halves dmg).

You can place this time bomb on an ally or an enemy. The time bomb never damages allies.
