Immediately upon casting, and as a swift action each subsequent turn, 3 creatures (or objects weighing less than a ton) of your choosing within 100 feet of the singularity are pulled 30 feet closer (fort reduces to 10ft). Any creature in an adjacent space is considered touching it, dealing 2d6+CL (7+CL) force damage.
