Fertilize [recharge] - Tracts of land become more habitable for plants, enriching soil and removing contaminants, assuring future growth. You target 1 square mile. Contaminators might not be too happy…

Constrict - An enemy within 30 ft must roll a reflex save or be entangled. They can make an athletics check to escape (standard, spell DC).
