Spotter

Requirements -

When you give the aid action to grant a bonus to attack to a creature firing a ranged weapon or siege weapon, the bonus increases to +4, but you can no longer have multiple creatures to aid that creature to grant attack bonuses.

You also give a +4 bonus when you aid a perception check.
