Requirements - Elemental Blast, Sleight of Hand or Deception proficiency

You can use sleight of hand's concealed weapon feature with your elemental blast. It does not require a swift action to use, but it only works once in a particular encounter. You can also use deception's sucker punch feature with your elemental blast without taking a penalty.
