Another feature that can help you decide if your character is a weirdo or not. If you want a relatively average character, don’t roll this.

Roll a d20, then roll a d3. The d20 represents what feature is in question and the d3 represents whether the abnormality tends towards being positive (1) unusual (2) or negative (3). You can roll a few times to decide a few unusual features, decide you want a specific number of each feature, then roll a few d20s, or not roll at all.

Depending on the race, some of the features described as weird or negative may actually be positive or completely normal. Some features may be completely absent from your race. An easy way to create a new negative feature is to completely remove or damage certain features (one eye).

Feel free to go down the whole list if you're a mad lad (though the ladies might not appreciate some of the hair options)

3	Mouth	Positive: You have luscious/colorful lips or a sparkling white smile Strange: Your teeth more closely resemble that of a predator, your tongue is exceptionally long Negative: You have large buck teeth, you're a mouth breather or you permanently frown
4	Hair	Positive: You hair color is vibrant, or it is particularly soft to the touch Strange: You have an unnatural hair color, it grows obnoxiously long and fast, or in strange patters Negative: You are balding, greasy, or your hair is very knotty and unwieldy
5	Voice	Positive: You have a golden voice, an exotic accent or an incredibly wide range Strange: You're monotone, your voice echoes, or changes when extremely angry Negative: You frequently have voice cracks, always sound like you're sick or have an impediment
6	Body Shape	Positive: You are toned/muscular or thin, with curves in all the right places Strange: You have exaggerated body proportions, making you very top heavy or bottom heavy Negative: You have a beer belly, are dangerously thin or have asymmetry in limb size
7	Ears	Positive: Your ears end in a point, or have some other appealing shape Strange: Your ears fold over onto themselves, or droop slightly Negative: Large ears, chipped ears
8	Sex Characteristics	Positive: Ideal or exaggerated proportions, bigger and better, pleasant shapes Strange: You borrow characteristics from other races or produce large quantities of fluids Negative: PP smol, flat as a board, low libido or low/no functionality
9	Skin	Positive: Smooth and without blemishes, with maybe some well placed freckles or dimples Strange: You are an uncommon color, have patterns, or you have regions with scales/feathers Negative: Vitiligo, extreme paleness, high visibility veins or frequent moles
10	Tail	Positive: Ideal size for maintaining balance and appearance, a charming shape at the tip Strange: Absurd length, have one when you typically shouldn't Negative: Misplaced base of tail, weird angle, asymmetrical fur or scales, cut short or vestigial
11	Face	Positive: You have good symmetry, a strong jaw, ideal chin, round cheeks Strange: You have coloration around your eyelids Negative: You have asymmetry, double chin, massive forehead or a Neanderthal brow
12	Scars	Positive: None, or only a handful that don’t obscure important regions of the body/face Strange: Your scars form shapes and patterns, turning into an art form Negative: Numerous large scars with unfortunate placements on the face or intimate regions
13	Nails	Positive: Your nails always seem to be the correct length, polished Strange: Your nails more closely resemble claws or are retractable Negative: Your nails are thick, discolored or unusually long
14	Hands	Positive: Thin lengthy fingers with few blemishes or wrinkles Strange: Paws, additional opposable fingers, spiky knuckles Negative: Knobby fingers, a missing or bonus digit, thick veiny hands
15	Horns	Positive: You have symmetrical horns placed at the top of the forehead Strange: Your horns mimic other animals, like a moose or ram, you have multiple pairs or just one Negative: Your horns are asymmetrical, cracked or broken
16	Body Hair	Positive: Completely hairless or ideal placement Strange: Your body hair makes you appear more like a specific type of animal Negative: Patchy or thin, or a thick coat completely covering most of your body
17	Limbs	Positive: You have long legs, and limbs that transition well between body parts Strange: Your limbs are thicker by the forearms than biceps, or calves rather than thighs Negative: You have short stubby legs, or long arms that approach reach your knees
18	Facial Hair	Positive: You can grow nice sideburns, beard, mustache or all the above Strange: You can grow very long facial hair (Chinese master, wizard beard), even including eyebrows Negative: Your facial hair is sporadic and insubstantial, you have a neckbeard
19	Odor	Positive: You always seem to smell pleasant, like flowers or fruit Strange: Your natural aroma is something very specific, but not good or bad, like carrots or grass Negative: You're extra greasy and sweaty or you frequently belch and flatulate
